• Orders will be confirmed via email or SMS upon successful payment. In case of payment failure, the order will not be processed.

4. Refund & Replacement Policy

• We take pride in serving fresh and high-quality biryani. However, if you receive an incorrect or damaged order, contact us within 30 minutes of delivery.
• Refunds or replacements will be processed only if:

  • The wrong item was delivered.
  • The order was not delivered at all.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5-7 business days.
