1. Eligibility for Refunds & Replacements
You may be eligible for a refund or replacement in the following cases:
Incorrect Order Received: If you receive the wrong item compared to what you ordered.
Food Quality Issue: If the food is spoiled, stale, or contaminated at the time of delivery.
Missing Items: If any items from your order are missing.
Undelivered Orders: If your order is not delivered due to our fault.
Non-Refundable Situations: If you change your mind after the order is prepared or delivered.
If the dissatisfaction is based on personal taste preferences.
If you fail to collect the order from the delivery address provided.
If the order was placed incorrectly by the customer (e.g., wrong address, incorrect items selected).
2. Refund Request Process
If you encounter any issues with your order, please follow these steps:

3. Refund Method & Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Refunds for cash-on-delivery (COD) orders will be issued as a credit voucher for future purchases.
If a refund is not possible, we may offer a replacement order at no additional cost.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 10 minutes of placement for a full refund.
Once the order is prepared or dispatched, cancellations are not allowed.
